Upstairs in the master bedroom, 18 x 18
inch ceramic tiles are being laid out on the
new lanai. James takes this opportunity
to visit a home where an existing deck is
in need of a major over haul. John Lakins
of Complete Coatings Hawaii joins James
to explain how this dilapidated deck will be
resurfaced.
It's then back to Portlock to catch up with
Phil Kristianson of Hawaii Glass Block
who is starting the work on the bathroom's
shower surrounds. Phil shows James how
the master bathroom surround is custom
built using glass blocks.
They move on to one of the guest baths to
demonstrate how a straight wall glass block
shower surround can be installed in less
than 7 minutes.
